Shopping can be an interesting, frustrating, but more often than not a rewarding experience. Every country offers a different array of food. Food markets are very exciting. One sees things in the raw so to speak. The smells are evocative. The colours wonderful and you feel the atmosphere.





The very important and mundane items usually found in supermarket, such as beer, wine (most needed) and the rest, which are usually heavy, have to be carried back to the boat.


In the heat a bus can come to the rescue.
